By using Vizulux's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vizulux is a Vermont-based web design agency. Our "Perfect Before You Pay" and "Zero-Risk Build" models are central to how we work: we build your site, you review it, and you pay only when satisfied.
We provide custom web design, development, and local SEO services. Project scope, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Our lead capture and contact forms collect information necessary to initiate and deliver these services.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom work we create for your project. Vizulux retains rights to underlying frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Pre-existing materials you provide remain yours.
To the extent permitted by Vermont law, Vizulux's liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes shall be resolved in Vermont courts.
